Commercial valuations can be required for a number of purposes including secured lending, sales, purchase, taxation, company accounts, balance sheets, company mergers/takeovers, strategic planning, litigation and asset management.

The commercial valuation team at Roberts & Roberts headed by Philip Cooke BSc MRICS IRRV, concentrates primarily on the north west of England including Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Derbyshire and Lancashire. The team do, however, carry out valuations for retained clients throughout the United Kingdom.

Roberts & Roberts is currently on the panel of the majority of the high street Banks and Building Societies within the United Kingdom for the purpose of providing valuations for secured lending purposes.
